7:30 – 8:15 pm Curriculum Training: Mindfulness and the Brain: Cultivating Brain and Body Awareness
8:15 – 8:45 pm Mindfulness Practice: Mindful Movement and Ice Breakers
8:45 – 9:00 pm     Closing Mindfulness Practice

9:00 – 9:40 am Mindfulness Practice: 20 min Sitting Meditation, 20 min Walking Meditation
