Educators, join us for a weekend of learning and relaxation.
The weekend will explore self-care and relaxation practice to help you feel calm and rejuvenated. Practice mindfulness with a group of like-minded peers, as we build a mindful community!
During this interactive weekend, the Mission Be team will also give you easy to use mindfulness techniques to bring back to your K-5th grade classroom to teach throughout the year!
Join us and create a more compassionate and thriving personal practice and be prepared to truly bring these embodied tools back to your classroom or school.
