Mission Be offers individual, family and group coaching in mindfulness and social and emotional learning to help reduce stress and create a sense of internal wellbeing and calm.

Mindful Coaching is working one on one with a trained mindful educator to learn mindfulness skills rooted in neuroscience. Our goal is to help lower anxiety and increase a sense of inner peace and calm. Mindfulness practices are designed to improve attention and focus. We see children, parents, educators and administrators on campus, on Zoom or in our office in Islip, NY!
